Quick update on where the restock is at — and what it means for your order.
What happened
Our restock came in two containers. The first arrived and shipped on time. The second — carrying the remaining preorders and the bulk of the filament restock — landed in Melbourne as planned, but was pulled aside for a customs inspection at the port.
It has now cleared and is scheduled for delivery to our warehouse on the morning of Thursday 1 October.
What happens next
- Thursday 1 October — the container arrives and we start packing straight away
- By Friday 2 October — every remaining preorder is on its way, with tracking sent by email
What it means for new orders
Filament orders placed now will ship on 1–2 October, together with the preorders, as the restock is unloaded.
Everything else — printers, build plates, spare parts and accessories — is on the shelf and ships as normal.
Preorder sale wrap-up
The preorder sale has now closed, and we've drawn the winner of the Bambu Lab A1 Combo. Thank you to everyone who jumped in and made this restock our biggest yet.
